Looking for some insights.
My observations are that SRV seems very cheap and could be a good turn around stock, it doesnt have debt and has been around a long time.
On the downside can an old school business run by a good, but old school operator adapt to the new competitive environment ? And will We-work with their billions of start up funds drive competitors out of business with a better offering.
I would never invest in Wework st moment, but their product is cool .. and they appeal to the coworking community ( which I am part of).
Looking at the Annual Report of Servcorp I couldnt be more amazed at how non hip they present themselves in my opinion.
