Wework is already exposed for what it is : invest 4$ get 1$ back. SERVCORP has it feet on the ground , i actually know the company well and they adjust to countries, cities ... but this is not a growth company. It takes time, hard work and good management to make each office center profitable.

I see a lot of new residential condo development with on the top or lower floor, coworking - office space. This is to stimulate new condo owners to buy in the development with professional office in the same building. This new concept of building will cut in the business of wework and similar office companies over time. Everybody is fighting for a little piece of the pie. And of course the pie is way to small for all the eaters. Office space is the worst investment ever.

Each year we need less and less space. Soon we are doing everything on our phone ! Banks reduce their workforce / space at least 5% a year. It's all about the technology not the physical space ! I can imagine that all major hotel chains could sell office packages to clients in need of temporary office space to meet up with clients. And all the empty office buildings could do similar concepts and instead of being 1 organization such as wework, an app could let you know where to go and book it for you. (no need for WECULT)the WEWORK brand is worthless and SERVCORP brand is worthless.

Only the management inside the office building will create added value for the customer.
