WeWork’s near collapse is tremendous news for SRV. Normalization of the market (recently distorted by WW’s unsustainable pricing model) will allow SRV to compete more effectively, especially in the problem US market. Softbank are hardly going to let WW carry on as it was before with its ridiculous pricing. SRV is well placed to take advantage, being a respected long term provider.
