The problem here is that management continue to use that cash to invest in new floors, and revamp existing ones. If they spend that cash on the US, it's good money out the window.
I don't quite understand their desire to stay in the US... It's loss after loss. Pull the plug on the bad experiment and move on, then I'm interested.
