    Hey Tessathedog,
    Sadly I didnt take the plunge. I would be more than happy with 20% odd capital gain and dividend. My reasoning for not taking the plunge was that the more I considered We-work the more I considered them to have the ability to throw crazy amounts of money to dominate the markets while happily accumulating huge losses. Until the loss making business model of We-work is sorted out I am probably on the sidelines. Having said that they could probably do a lot with balance sheet via a sale or something that would also produce a good return but again there is too many doubts for me. I will keep an eye on things though and thanks for following up ;-)
