At least, there is absolutely no chance of a TO bid 2morrow. At least it is likely to be reasonable news. And any news even no news is good news as expectations are very bearish or negative.
Bots and algos will likely respond to any momentum signal of a non-negative nature (double negative intended) as a optimistic trend and I suspect the SP will be entreated to an uptrend IMHO whether the shorters, fundies, instos, algos, bots and just plain old boring investors like it or not but pls DYOR .
