    The explicit comments that you attribute to him, about SIRFLOX not providing OS benefit, I read as him quoting from the study and using the results as an example, not necessarily or explicitly asserting that it didn't confer as a benefit. He goes on to say......... "OS can only be measured when a trial, statistically powered to measure OS, is complete. Sirtex has been very clear about this and, in my view, communicated this correctly. When both the SIRFLOX and FOXFIRE studies are complete, there will be sufficient data to understand whether there is an improved survival benefit in conjunction with the standard of care. Not before." This seems like quite a reasonable statement and factually correct. He seems quite positive about SRX (particularly in another article linked from that one) and I didn't interpret this article as a negative assessment but as an explanation of what OS and PFS actually mean. In that context it helped my understanding of the issues.
