I think he's just stuffed up his wording for the article. And I get irritated very easily (that's what Academia does to ya) when I start finding inexcusable errors.
I've started reading a lot of his other material. And on the whole I agree with a lot of his assessments of ASX listed biotechs (trash).

Point 4, I'd call it statistical rationalisationoPFS = a sum of parts, and if we know the liver tumour contribution was positive for SIR spheres, then the contribution of other tumours must be negative to maintain a constant oPFS number.
