Probably because a mine costs about 400m to set up and stellar dont have that kind of money. I suppose its like having a 2 acre block of land in Scarborough but youll never have the money to develop it so you're waiting for someone to make you an offer you cant refuse. I like the fact that one of our head honchos has contacts at BHP though. Do your own research, if problems persist please see your nearest financial adviser.
