SRZ is in a strange moment of rising on-balance volume and falling price momentum (click for larger image):
This is possible because OBV weighs up volume of positive days versus negative, whereas a stochastic simply compares price movement. If there's more red days than green/blue, then price indicators go down, but if net buying is higher, OBV goes up.
