Agree that it looks off market.
"This ignores any premium for control that a strategic stake such as this could command.” Suggests that Gip would sell to one source to get more money as it would not be a strategic stake otherwise. That source would have a big head start in any takeover battle and SRZ has to be a very attractive target with its underperforming share price compared to its potential.
Do not agree anyway that it is a pump where are the pump and dump merchants? Obviously something is going on and doubt it is drilling results (though i could be wrong)as SRZ has had an continual string of good drilling results.
