Acument have taken over control of TZ with there 10% and appointed there own man as CEO so i suspect they are still interested in at least taking it to NASDAQ float. this point could be good or bad as TZL dont have the control they had to protect aussie investors but better that acument probably better managers to turn a good profit.

acument 10% share is in escrow for 12 months so not going to dump it tomorrow.

acument shares were placed at a paper value of 1.27 even though this means very little, its a bit better than the recent value placed on TZ of some token amount i cant recall of 70c or there abouts. 10% dilution seems a good exchange for current shareholders to regain our ip licence rights PLUS the jointly developed ip's and patents with TFS (ie intevia is now 100% TZ owned and not just licence arrangement). i suspect ty.webb doesnt understand the underlying value of this move.

still requires patience to see full value, couple of years i reckon.

from what i have been reading this is the outcome that tzl management have been working since TFS sale, barring the acument control of course, so first thoughts would have to be it is a positive from where we were.
