you make it sound like AGT took over TZL! aint no way they appointed Feber as CEO. Feber is AGT's loss - TZL's gain. we (shareholders) now have him because he knows where Intevia is headed from personal experience. I bet AGT regret the loss. His role at AGT was broader than Intevia.
