A "train' refers to processing equipment used to process the gas from the wells, ie remove water, impurities, strip condensate etc so the gas is ready to feed into the gas pipeline.
You'll also here the term LNG train - thats the equipment/plant used to process natural gas and liquify it ready for transport by sea.
A train in oil field terminolgy is reayy a module or part of a larger plant.
