This is an issue between Wise and SS&T - not PLV so why would you expect that they will make an announcement on it?

Take it a step further, even if it "did" incolve PLV (and it clearly doesn't), then it would be highly irregular (read unusual, unwise, unhelpful, unwhatever) to make any comment on what was a legal matter.

Storm in a teacup....Wise and SS&T will work it out....I don't think this has any great relevence to what PLV are working towards.
