MIM's best assets are it Coal, Cu (includes gold with Ernest henry deposit).

So any take over will be from someone who is interested in either of these two assets.

I would consisder the main Pb/Zn and Copper operations at Mt isa a liability.

Interest may then come from BHP, and possibly RIO who have a back ground in both, scrub WMC.
