On 09Feb2011 they raised $1.25 mill to ?Professional & Exempt Investors? 156 Million shares at a price of 8 cents each.
SSC now wants to raise a further $4Mill and there is mention of a 20% discount of the SP when doing so.
What do u guys think about where the SP will be at this ca$h raise?
Around 8 cents - or current levels? Might be a bargain now or over valued by 20%. The higher the SP the less shares they need too issue. Perhaps The Bot is in the know that is why he/she is loading up now?
