Maybe Erb is a lot smarter than we think? he has said he would not raise capital at this low level , was this a plan ? why didn't he release the excellent material news about the electronic stimulation test of the man? Erb would know shareholders would never approve a dilution like that , what ever happens some individuals have bought millions of shares from 16c -20c and will make a killing , something is going on.
