This and the announcement in October 2014:
    http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20141008/pdf/42srvf9hjpsz56.pdf

to use OBJ tech to "enhance the delivery and penetration of cleaning and conditioning agents into fabrics.

Combined with the company presentation in February 2015:
    http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150203/pdf/42wcx07lpq4c8d.pdf

Where OBJ announced that the company "has established two new divisions to utilize OBJ technology in new product sectors rather than out-licensing" with one of those divisions being "Surface Penetration"

So, one could conclude that OBJ were waiting for that patent to be approved before moving forward into cleaning/surface products and it appears it is a sector they are taking quite seriously. This is for an in-house developed product like BodyGuard (and nothing to do with P&G from the information we have available to us currently).

And why not? If OBJ are able to scientifically prove a cleaning product (think bathrooms and kitchen sprays like Glen 20 and Pine'O'Clean etc) that is twice as effective (for example) as the next best cleaning product on the market, how can anyone argue against that?
