You certainly make a few assumptions. 56m2 isn't exactly small.
So how many workers do they have to fit in this space & the other locations: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more. Please tell us
Most of these office buildings have board/meeting rooms that can be booked for meetings etc.
SSI probably mostly do business via internet/email, reception would not be required (but i'm sure you will enlighten us more)

If you are so concerned give 'em a call or better go & visit. Or would be too personal? Likely is for you. Better to stick to the keyboard eh.
