SSI is now under $3 so is it a buy or sell, who is selling the stock and who bought in the placement at $3.50

With the vote coming up soon for the merger if it drops more I think there will be questions asked.

Even though the vote is a mere formality.
But is there uncertaincy on if the merger will be voted through.
I cannot see if someone spending $7.7 Mill on a placement at $3.50 unless a lot of thought was put into it.

So we have had comments here about how few H/C type people have bought so who is selling now.

We are just pawns in the larger game, maybe trying to shake confidence getting some to sell before the real game starts.

Who knows???
