they state that CVI has increased it's "potential" holding in Pensador, what does potential mean.
And I find it a little strange that it also says that Pensador is still working on completing the funding
We have spent $12mill on shares that are still in completing stage, and until we get these signed permits and refinery take off will this go ahead.
I would think it will, and in fact I suppose all here have heard it is signed, but the market wants to see it released through the ASX, delay??
We have many things that is supposed to be signed and sealed.
Angola wasn't built in a day, yes, but wasn't we supposed to get signed on shore permits before Xmas, remember our xmas present, and then it was Greek Xams, ad so on. Where are our on shore permits at right now.
Look I hold plenty, and have not sold, full as a goog, but am getting sick of hearing all warm and fuzzy things about their performance. One performance is measured in sp, in fact for shareholders the only one that matters, on that it has been very poor.
One reason is world markets, but placements have been knocking us around far longer than when the markets turned crook. This latest placement has been a mystery, they bought, they sold or transferred, got caught in a margin loan, I don't know, but surely they do, and we paid good old Global a lot of OUR money to find them, and now it appears the shares are being used to short it.
We were told he was doing roadshows in June and July and the oil permits and refinery take off would be done within 2 weeks on the middle of June,
Now he has just gone to the US and still has no release on these 2 items.
This has huge potential, yes, but how long does it take to start digging a hole.
