am in a process of a few properties transactions, buying and selling. Don't believe what you have been told, such as property price is always up. In some areas, like Mosman, I have seen 30% drop in price. A $5m house cannot be sold for $3.5m, A $3m house 12 months ago cannot get $2m. a $2.1m house sold for $m1.4sh. It is real story.

I just don't understand why people invest in Aussie real estate !! My sister just gave me a lecture on how much money her neighbours made ! and how little I know about real estate !! (She was a hairdresser - married to a miner!)
