From what I understand gays can adopt a child now, not that I agree with it but the important part is the vetting process.

I don't think there is any plans for commercial surrogacy in Australia but of course people can do so overseas.

I can understand some people have concerns about gays being deviates, but hey there are heterosexual that are deviates too
