    It is not a utility company or dodgy Real Estate company you don't need NTA backing ..

    plus NTA figure is rubbery, I never use them...

    lot of REIT company and dodgy company trades under NTA have a look at those it may provide you some insight into the NTA figure :-)

    Understand the business, understand its earning potential and you can buy dogs that about to turn around and make a killing ...

    Expect improve Return on Equity of this turn around of the year stock

    you buy stocks for its future not its history...

    NVT has NTA of what 31 cents ? why are they trading at 15 times NTA value hehehe and I have a lot of these for few years now ...and ain't selling...

    another one ONT has NTA 60 cents why trading so high above NTA?

    because it's a business we can understand and understand its earning power and going forward it can generate some crazy shareholder wealth.
