the absolute stupidity of it - is - no one tells you not to have sex prior to giving blood - how silly is that?
No GP has ever told me that trick - and the first urologist didn't mention it - but the second opinion did - and, he said that not many GP's know it - and even fewer tell people.

PSA's IMO - are a must - and, I would not wait until you have enough wrinkles on your forehead that you can screw your hat on -
plenty of blokes in their 50's have problems ---------- problems that if caught early are fixable - and, if let go on their merry little way can end up with very very bad outcomes.
IMO - go early and get knowlegeable
