In NSW, where I am, you can legally put up a “no Muslims” sign as there are no religious discrimination laws. A “no Jews” sign would be legally more difficult due to the view that” Jews” covers both an ethnic identity as well as a religious one.
Whilst I do not support such signs, I am very wary of religious discrimination laws as they have a tendency to create a de facto criminalisation of blasphemy.
