    Sure, go ahead. But after a good pray, maybe read some information on the matter. Also, I'm surprised that any religious person who is "keen" to help people wouldn't be interested in reducing social stigma around a lifestyle choice which would lead to less people seeking self harm. Is your concern only based on maintaining your view of your religions teachings?
