They're basically stating that it's trading assuming that:
- Capital return record date has passed (if you buy now, you're not eligible to receive the 5c capital return)
- "Commencement of trading in consolidated shares", i.e. they're trading based on the fact that consolidation has occured
Basically, the only difference is that the capital return is yet to be settled (i.e. cash has not gone to the respective accounts). Other than that, the rest is done.
