    Buyers of late are not making money with Amex going sideways,

    so I'm thinking a collective of Smart Money will conspire

    together using perception in pushing Amex to a close

    of $3.98,just like they did a couple of weeks back pushing

    to a high of $4.75. We call it Market Manipulation.
