Did I hear that right when Terry said something along the lines of , "land in the area near Roosevelt is going for $10K/acre and we have 30,000 acres" ?
So $300mil on gross land value alone we could have ?
I was over the moon when Roosvelt was announced and that hasnt changed. What a deal maker and a top Geologist to boot.
