Alacrity, I've got an original idea:

if indeed the land there is being re-rated to a value of $10K/acre, then TB only needs to sell 7,000 acres from the company's 31,000 net acre position and it would raise $70M for further drilling, and have a net 24,000 acre position remaining. I understand he's thinking about doing a 3D seismic of the FP holding, which should determine which is the best part to keep and which is the best part to sell.

Oh wait, that's not an original idea at all, I seem to recall someone having done that before...:-)
