ssn - looks for land additions in the bakken, page-7

Hey Study, I read that balance as a typo or a figure that is not yet includiong the proceeds from sale of land. If they had spent 60+ mill on a new venture it would have been announced to market before being announced via a news article, that is for sure. TB certainly would not be looking to spend that much $$ as it would put us back in the position of not enough money to develop our niobrara and bakken land.
