Westhx... I agree. This is what first came to mind when i read this. If we have 70mill in the bank..less the debt to be repaid in may... less a potential acquisition of 20,000 acreas at around $1000 (inclusive of transaction costs etc), i would say that leaves us with around 35-40mill in the bank to develop our holdings without revenue from current operations.
