"Even at $3,500 per acre for the Goshen county land the current stock price of $1.10 is not supported at least untill the Fort Peck land proves out and they are a long way from that right now.
Give them 10,000 acres exposed to traps in the goshen and that is 35 million at 3,500 per acre. Give them $10,000 per acre for the 1200 net acres in the stockyard and you have 47 million in land value. Be very generous and give them $1,000 per acre in the Roosevelt and that is very generous right now and you can add another 35 million.
That gives you a land value of 82 million. With 99 million fully diluted shares that is roughly 82 cents per share.
And that is based on proving out the Goshen land and finding at least some oil in the Fort Peck land
I believe strongly in looking at land values for these speculative plays and until these guys prove out their land they remain very overvalued"
