One thing though, and i think this just keeps getting forgotten but will show its valuable head sometime in the future. $$N's 3.8% ORRI in the land sold to CHK is significant. .....Afterall it's nearly the same percent that SEA has in working interest of some if its wells!!!!
Add the fact that CHK do not muck around and that 3.8% will be quite significant.
