Exactly, you have to remember it was only a couple of months ago NWE was trading at 6c before the company announced it's debt had been called in. With Cobra all but sold, a successful capital raising (i'm sure it will be) and a new discovery they're in a better position now that they were before.
Not to mention Oil has improved over the past few months as well.
Seems like good value.
