Its dissapointing that LNC Management did not give the details of the SPP for ordainary shareholders ie 1 for 5--- whatever..Or are all shareholders applying for a dollar denomination amount of shares(upto $15000) ...

A $20m raising provides approx 14.3m shares and at the upto a maximum $15000 allowable (Approx 1333 share holders).....The details should have been provided to allow existing shareholders some guidance.

IMO Most of the Buyers today would only be doing so to capitalise on purchasing in the SPP then offloading to make a quick dollar.....

For long term holders the share price going forward should appreciate from the point of the SPP and Placement IF everythings going to Plan....... with the GTL.

IF there was some definition provided of where GTL(production) is atm then there would be some immediate value added to the S/Price.

That and the sale of the Coal would be the Company Maker..imo

Hence a l/t buy ..from this entry point.....imo
