If its the case that all s/holders whether they hold 100 or 100,000+Shares can apply for 15000$ worth of shares then its nothing more than a token jesture on behalf of Management to appease ALL shareholders because of the Placement...imo

I dont know how many Share Holders LNC has and who knows their intention re SPP, so its up to one's imagination how much they'll receive if they apply for the 15000$ worth.

In the meantime Buyers upto Wednesday the Fifth can buy, say, $500 dollars worth of shares,then apply for upto Fifteen thousand dollars worth and if the S/P holds up, sell the SPP shares at a quick profit.

IMO I do not believe much consideration has gone into the SPP.

In saying all that the End result is all that matters and if/when that time comes this SPP will mean ziltch....
