    Good Morning All,

    Shareholder Share Purchase Plan (SSPP) announced yesterday with a purchase price of 57c. Maximum subscription is $ 5,000.00 Record Date is 20/02 and Plan is expected to close on 21/03. Funds to be used to accelerate exploration.

    In my opinion the discount, 5% on yesterday's close, is not a sufficient incentive to invest more funds in the company and I would expect some very positive announcements in the next 2 - 3 weeks to lift the SP to around 65c.

    Contrary views would be appreciated.
