Realistically, how many of these shares are likely to be issued to shareholders if its on a pro rata basis. unless the company deciedes to close this off early then there is not likely a worth while lot the rate the share price is going. Who would not want to get in at 21 cents if the share price is double that.
Could the shares be sold as soon as they are listed, retail or institution...?
