10,000 applications might not be an over estimate.
In their announcement they said that 6000 holders had less than $500 - perversely they may have to give them priority(if they apply) in order to take them up
to a marketable parcel.
Look on the bright side - if everyone gets $500 worth
there probably wouldn't be any large scale profit
taking(IMHO)!
