In order to become a Saint three miracles must be performed:
1 Sale of IP and INF commencement 2 Chinese JV Partnership 3 Production and Ore Sales
Consequence, share price around 20cents + (conservative)
Resulting in mgmt becoming Saints or at least given a very nice share bonus.
In all seriousness, I would put my substantial holdings behind a resolution that read:
If management were to meet the above targets they would be granted say 10000000 options exercisable at say 3 cent or so, still wouldn’t be completely free because I want the SP price nice and high.
Anyway may drive them along in the future.
Helped me I promised myself a toy if I reached a certain goal and I recently got delivery of it. Incentives are a wonderful thing.
