From memory, there is a cap on what COP pays...I think it's something like 80% of the first $125M (purely from memory, so don't rely on that figure), and some of that would have been burned in the previous program.
I'm trying to view any movement as a win/win. If it drops further, It'll be an opportunity to buy more, and if it goes up significantly, well, that's clearly a good thing too.
