Cre8tek Ltd have issued a rights issue offering shareholders the right to subscribe to new shares in the company at the rate of 10 new share for every 136 shares held, at a subscription price of $0.04 per share. The rights are not expected to trade.
Terms:
· Issue: Rights issue

· Subscription price: $0.04
· IG Deadline: 12pm 02/05/2017 (Please ignore the expiry date on the contract of the position booked on to your account as this is for administrative purposes only.
Every 2 new shares issued carries an entitlement to 1 free attaching option. Options are exercisable at $0.06 anytime up to expiry, with a 12 month expiry.
Please note: If we do not hear from you before the deadline we will lapse your entitlement as the default course of action
Your options are:
-Do nothing. The Rights will lapse (Default).
-Take up the Rights. Please reply to this email or call the Corporate Actions Desk before the deadline.
-Oversubscribe
A decision must be made by the IG deadline. Please ensure the correct amount of funds are in your IG share trading account before the IG deadline or the request may fail.
