This is what I think happened, They couldn't Raise at close to 10c So they had to lower the S/P To raise capital at 4c Thats why we are at 3.7c Its going to take a Big Deal to be done to move the S/P enough for
The cap Raise share holders, to dump there 4c shares onto the market. The 6c shares is the only way they could sweeten the deal to get them to pay up the 4c a share. I hope all goes well with the Top 100 Deals.
