    The directors should show some confidence in the company and buy AAM shares on the market. This would show to the market that the potential outweighs the risks. As it stands at the moment, I agree with BWJ that directors' holdings are quite telling, and the risks outweigh the potential. Having said this, everybody has a different tolerance for risk, so the above is only my personal opinion.
