St George Mining set to list tomorrow

St George Mining says it will make its ASX debut tomorrow after raising $4 million in an oversubscribed initial public offering.
The nickel and gold explorer has issued 20 million shares at 20 cents a share to immediately begin exploration at its East Laverton tenement.
St George executive chairman John Prineas said the company aimed to quickly build on exploration work already underway at East Laverton.
The company also holds an 80 per cent stake in a tenement at Pine Creek in the Northern Territory that is prospective for gold and uranium.
On listing, St George will have 52.5 million shares on issue and a market capitalisation of $10.5 million at the 20c issue price.
The company will trade under the code SGQ.
