For the sake of confusion, I do understand these blocks are used in the retaining walls and core filled not there for Hadrian. Just pointing out the style of block would rectify the poor block finish they have with blocks not being mm flush. Obviously not an issue if you render it. But to be totally economical if you could lay an asthetically pleasing block your onto a winner.
