St Jude is connected in a number of ways to AHZ and this  page has a very long trail leading all the way back to Admedus.
I was unable to trace exactly with definite measures whether this is Cardiocel but I can say this with 99% confidence depending on the people involved. This is AHZ cardiocel that they are reselling.

They are selling that in the US as well so maybe a lot of cross selling as well.
